1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and KAYEL'S CLOTHING("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our online retail store located at Dadalla, Galle, Sri Lanka.

By accessing or placing an order on our site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

KAYEL'S CLOTHING offers imported Bangkok fashion apparel, statement tops, trousers, dresses, and luxury accessories. All prices displayed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to update product prices and availability at any time without prior notice.
• While we strive to display accurate colors and images of our apparel, actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions and lighting settings.

3. Order Acceptance & Payments

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee product availability until payment clearance.

4. Islandwide Delivery

We deliver orders islandwide across Sri Lanka using registered courier services.

• Standard delivery within Western & Southern provinces usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
• Outstation deliveries across Sri Lanka take 3 to 5 business days.
• Delivery delays caused by courier logistics, severe weather, or public holidays are beyond our direct control, but we assist customers with tracking updates.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All original graphics, logos, photos, branding elements, and software code on KAYEL'S CLOTHING are the exclusive property of KAYEL'S CLOTHING. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan courts.
